You can also feel secure banking with us online knowing that we have enhanced our security features even further.  These enhancements include an Increased Authentication process for your protection. 

Increased Authentication - Provides an additional layer of security to the login process.  This feature requires you to select three security questions.

How it works

When you log into online banking from a computer that is not registered as trusted, you will have to enter your account credentials. You will need to answer one of your three security questions.

Registering your computer as trusted for faster logins


You can speed up the login process by opting to register your computer. When you log in from a  registered computer, you don't have to answer a security question.  You should not register shared or public computers.  Cookies are used to identify registered computers. If you clear your cookies, you will have to re-register your computer. 

Direct Alerts - Is a great way to automatically warn you of certain changes to your online banking account. As an additional layer of security, Direct Alerts allows members to receive alerts via text message or email, so you can let us know right away if something strange is happening, and together we can take immediate action steps to fix it. 

Mobile Web - Our new Online Banking is optimized specifically for your smartphone. Secure and easy to navigate means Mobile-Friendly Banking, wherever you go! Use your mobile browser to perform online banking from almost anywhere with features including:

  • View account balances
  • View account history
  • Pay Bills
  • Transfer funds between your Accelerate Financial Accounts

Mobile App - Our Mobile App puts secure online banking in the palm of your hand.  Access account balances, transfer funds, pay bills and more using your favourite mobile device - anytime, anywhere. 

Features include:

  • View all account balances at a glance
  • View account history
  • Transfer funds between uour AcceleRate Financial accounts
  • Make mobile person-to-person payments by sending an Interac e -Transfer
  • Pay Bills
  • Add or delete bill payees
  • Set up and manage Direct Alerts

This simple user friendly app is easy to navigate and free to download, but mobile data downloading and internet charges may apply.  Check with your mobile phone provider for details.

How to download the FREE app:

For Apple products:

  1. Using your Apple device (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch), search for Crosstown Civic Credit Union in the App Store. 
  2. Select the CCCU app icon and verify that the author of the app is Crosstown Civic Credit Union.
  3. Tap the icon marked Get then tap again when it changes to Install.
  4. Enter your Apple App Store password.
  5. Enter your User ID (Login ID) and create a nickname (e.g. your first name) and you're done!

For Android products:

  1. Using your Android device, search for Crosstown Civic Credit Union in the Google Play Store.
  2. Select the CCCU app icon and verify that the author of the app is Crosstown Civic Credit Union.
  3. Tap the Install button then tap the Accept button.
  4. Once the app is finished installing, tap the open button.
  5. Enter your User ID (Login ID) and create a nickname (e.g. your first name) and you're done!
